During the months of September-November 2022, the participants of the MHELM project presented in several scientific events the results of the research carried out within the project.
On October 13, members of MHELM consortium reunited together on ZOOM platform to discuss on the evolution of university management.
On October, 6, 2021, the first cohort of university managers starts the Leadership and Management study programme. The first cohort include 52 persons, including representatives of all partners-universities – TUM – 9, ASEM – 8, SUMPh – 7, UASM – 7, MSU – 7, USCh-7, USARB -7.
On July 19, Ministry of Education, Culture and Research has issued the order no. 959, which authorize the study program “Leadership and Management”. The authorization by MECR is the last step in the authorization of the study programme and is valid for 6 months. During the authorization period, the Consortium will start the accreditation procedure of the study programme.
On June, 25, the Governing Board of ANACEC issued the decision of authorization of the study programme Leadership and Management.
Between June 23-25, 2021, the final evaluation of the trainees took place within the piloting of the training program “Leadership and management”.

On June 4, 2021, the National Erasmus+ Office carried out the 2nd Monitoring on the intermediate results of the MHELM project.
The MHELM project was presented at the 1st International scientific-practical conference “Trends and prospects of management development in the condition of global challenges”, organised by the Kherson State Agrarian Economic University at May 29, 2021.
On May, 18, 2021, the evaluation team from ANACEC has visited virtually TUM, in order to interview all involved parts in the educational process of the program “Leadership and Management”.
