Launching of the study programme Leadership and Management for university staff
On October, 6, 2021, the first cohort of university managers starts the Leadership and Management study programme. The first cohort include 52 persons, including representatives of all partners-universities – TUM – 9, ASEM – 8, SUMPh – 7, UASM – 7, MSU – 7, USCh-7, USARB -7.
Larisa BUGAIAN, coordinator of the project, welcomed all participants and explained the objectives and structure of the study programme.
Nadejda VELISCO, head of the Department Higher Education Policies, MER, mentioned the importance of the trainings in the field of leadership and management for higher education system.
Rodion CIUPERCĂ, head of Continuous Education Department of TUM welcomed participants and presented the activities of the department.
Otilia DANDARA from MSU presented the structure of the first module and individual tasks.
The meeting continued with the training within the first module.
