During the Europe Days 2022 , organized by the International Relations Service of the Technical University of Moldova on May, 14, was presented the MHELM project.
On October 6, 2021, the first group of university managers began the training on the continuing education program „Leadership and Management”. The first group included 52 people, representatives of the project partner universities, as follows: Technical University of Moldova – 9, Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova – 8, Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy of the Republic of Moldova – 7, State Agrarian University of Moldova – 7, Moldova State University – 7, Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu State University- 7 and Alecu Russo State University – 7.
On March 2, the training of the second group of institutional managers was started in order to achieve the objectives of the MHELM project and Objective 5 of the Ministry of Education and Research’s action plan for 2022.
The regular meeting of the Rectors’ Council of the Republic of Moldova, which is an associate partner of the project “Leadership and Management in Higher Education in the Republic of Moldova / MHELM”, took place on January 28, 2022. The meeting was attended by 24 members of the association.

On January 19, 2022, Dr. Alice Buzdugan, ISOB, conducted a training course on Preparing an Innovative Change Project for Higher Education, during the first training session for university managers, launched in October 2021.
The inauguration of the Leadership and Management laboratory, endowed within the project “MOLDOVA HIGHER EDUCATION LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (MHELM)”, reference number: 609656-EPP-1-2019-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP, funded by the EU, took place on January 18, 2022, during a seminar on the presentation of the TUM Information System, which is a case study within Module III “Resource Management” of the “Leadership and Management” training programme.
On December 30, 2021 by order of the Minister of Education and Research no. 1718, the activity plan of the Ministry of Education and Research for 2022 was approved.
On November 26, 2021, the members of the project consortium met to discuss the progress made within the project during 2 years since its beginning, as well as how to carry out activities in the future.
During the months of September-November 2022, the participants of the MHELM project presented in several scientific events the results of the research carried out within the project.
