The training of the third group of university managers in the “Leadership and Management” training programme has reached its final stage.

On February 13,  took place the evaluation of the final projects presented by 2 teams from Moldova State University (MSU)  and 3 teams from ASEM.

Alina SLOBODANIUC and the Head of the Human Resources Department, Aliona LISMAN, presented the project “Initiation of distance learning study programmes in the first cycle Bachelor and second cycle Master”. The aim of the project is to implement distance learning study programmes through the use of ICT in accordance with the requirements of the beneficiaries and the needs of the labour market, by making the Higher Education process more flexible and more efficient, so that it can easily respond to crisis situations (pandemics, war, migration, optimisation of expenses, inclusion of people with difficulties, etc.). Alecu Russo State University of Balti (USARB) is part of the consortium of the project 609656-EPP-1-2019-1- MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP ,,Moldova Higher Education Leadership and Management”-MHELM, KA2 – Capacity Building in Higher Education, funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme, coordinated by the Technical University of Moldova.

On 10.02.2023 took place the ceremony of handing over the certificates issued by CTICE, confirming the continuous professional training of USARB managers, beneficiaries of the “Leadership and Management” training program.

The event was attended by the responsible for the modules included in the “Leadership and Management” programme: Mrs.  Larisa BUGAIAN, project coordinator, Technical University of Moldova, Mrs. Ala COTELNIC, Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Mrs. Angela NICULITA, State University of Moldova and Mr. Rodion CIUPERCĂ, Head of the Continuous Training Department, TUM. On  OCTOBER 19, 2022, the members of the project consortium met to discuss the progress made within the project during 3 years since its beginning, as well as how to carry out activities in the future.

The EU funded project “MOLDOVA HIGHER EDUCATION LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT-MHELM”, reference number: 609656-EPP-1-2019-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP, is coordinated by the Technical University of Moldova. The project aims to strengthen governance, strategic planning and management in Moldovan universities to support reforms in the sector by enhancing leadership and management capabilities.

On June 2, Alice Buzdugan, ISOB, conducted a training session on the methodology of elaboration of the final project within the “Leadership and Management” program, which represents the final test of the mentioned study program.
