Leadership and Management training results of the second cohort of beneficiaries
During the steering group meeting Angela Niculita from MSU, as coordinator of the WP 2.3, presented the results of the second cohort of beneficiaries. The meeting was organized on July, 12, on ZOOM.
The second cohort consisted of 52 university managers, i.e.:
- 46 persons from project partner universities, and
- 6 persons from affiliated universities:
- Academy of Public Administration – 1,
- State University of Physical Education and Sports – 2,
- Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University – 1,
- Cooperative-Commercial University of Moldova – 1,
- Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts -1.
The training started on March, 2 and ended on June, 24. The program was structured in 4 modules, and finished with the final evaluation. The final evaluation was organized in the period from 6 to 8 July.
On July, 6, the teams of TUM, ASEM and SUMPh presented the results of their researches within the programme. The subjects presented are:
- Digitization of the reporting of teaching & reserch activities at the faculties of TUM;
- Initial training of pedagogical skills for HEIs teachers with an engineering profile (TUM);
- Implementation of the pre – master program in the universities of the Republic of Moldova (ASEM);
- Improving the internationalization of the educational and research process in ASEM;
- Qualification standard – the basis for university curriculum development (SUMPh);
- Basics of Emergency Medicine for High School (SUMPh).
On July, 7, the teams from MSU, from SAUM and the team of affiliated universities presented following subjects:
- Academic Platform for Research, Expertise and Transfer of Legal Innovations / PACT (MSU);
- Digitizing institutional libraries (MSU);
- Implementing some elements of organizational culture within the State Agrarian University of Moldova (SAUM);
- Optimizing the didactic informational route of SAUM;
- The model of the new academic community in the context of the reorganization of HEIs in the Republic of Moldova” (team of affiliated universities).
On July, 8, the teams of USARB and CSU presented their projects in online format, by ZOOM:
- Development and modernization of the University Information System by including the e-documents module (e-plan, e-register) (USARB);
- Ensuring interoperability within the eLearning portal – Moodle, Mahara, LAMS, BigBlueButton and Lime Survey (INTEReLearning) (USARB);
- VIS (DREAM) Center / Volunteering in Higher Education” (CSU).
Mrs. Niculita mentioned that due to the busy schedule and the large number of overlapping activities, 9 of the 52 trainees dropped out of the program, but 43 participants graduated the program, i.e 5 participants form affiliate universities.
