AWARDING OF CERTIFICATES TO USARB MANAGERS, BENEFICIARIES OF THE “LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT” PROGRAMME, MHELM PROJECT
Alecu Russo State University of Balti (USARB) is part of the consortium of the project 609656-EPP-1-2019-1- MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP ,,Moldova Higher Education Leadership and Management”-MHELM, KA2 – Capacity Building in Higher Education, funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ Programme, coordinated by the Technical University of Moldova.
On 10.02.2023 took place the ceremony of handing over the certificates issued by CTICE, confirming the continuous professional training of USARB managers, beneficiaries of the “Leadership and Management” training program.
The event was attended by the responsible for the modules included in the “Leadership and Management” programme: Mrs. Larisa BUGAIAN, project coordinator, Technical University of Moldova, Mrs. Ala COTELNIC, Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Mrs. Angela NICULITA, State University of Moldova and Mr. Rodion CIUPERCĂ, Head of the Continuous Training Department, TUM.
The certificates were handed over to the managers and leaders of USARB as follows (the position held during the training is maintained):
Group 1:
– Valentina Prițcan, Vice Rector for Scientific Activity and International Relations;
– Tatiana Șova, Head of the Department of Education Sciences.
Group 2:
– Lidia Pădureac, First Vice Rector for Teaching Activity;
– Lilia Trinca, Dean of the Faculty of Letters;
– Ina Ciobanu, Dean of the Faculty of Economic and Environmental Sciences;
– Carolina Tcaci, Head of the Department of Economic Sciences;
– Oxana Chira, Head of the Department of English and German Philology;
– Ana Bejenari, Chief Accountant.
Group 3:
– Svetlana Stanțieru, Head of the Centre ,,Teaching activity”;
– Elvira Guranda, Pro-Dean of the Faculty of Letters;
– Mircea Petic, Head of the Department of Mathematics and Informatics;
– Tatiana Bularga, Head of the Department of Arts and Art Education;
– Ghenadie Cabac, Head of the Information Technologies Department.
The professional training programme for leaders of higher education institutions “Leadership and Management” was developed within the MHELM project funded with the support of the European Union through the ERASMUS+ programme:

Programme name: “LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT”.
Total number of hours / credits: 1200 hours / 40 credits
Basis for admission: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, Doctorate degree
Language of instruction: Romanian
Form of organisation: full-time education
The trainings under this programme are carried out with the aim of achieving the objectives of the MHELM project and the successful implementation of the national priority of the Republic of Moldova: “Governance, Strategic Planning and Management of Higher Education Institutions”.
The project supports the further reform of the Higher Education Sector in the Republic of Moldova by building the capacity of leaders and strengthening the governance, strategic planning and management of universities in the Republic of Moldova.
