A NEW SUCCESSFUL GRADUATION OF THE CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM “LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT”!

The representatives of the interuniversity training groups no.3 and no.4 received the certificates of completion of the continuous training programme “Leadership and Management”, carried out in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme “Leadership and Management in Higher Education in Moldova” (Moldova Higher Education Leadership and Management – MHELM), no. ref. 609656-EPP-1-2019-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP.

The certificate award ceremony took place on October 11, current, being a moment of joy and recognition for the participants who have successfully completed this intensive training experience in Leadership and Management. The event took place in a setting full of emotion and importance, marking the completion of a significant stage in the professional development of the trainees.

The ceremony started with an opening speech by the project coordinator Larisa BUGAIAN, who underlined the importance of leadership and management skills in the current professional context. She talked about the challenges and opportunities the participants encountered and how they overcame their barriers by collaborating and learning from each other.

The trainers, present at the event, highlighted the notable achievements of groups 3 and 4 and highlighted the visible progress in the participants’ leadership and management skills.

They came with a message of congratulations for their successful completion of the Leadership and Management programme, for acquiring the professional skills necessary for effective management in the higher education system and for their courage in demonstrating attitudinal and factual openness to change and innovation in the context of the new university paradigm.

The third group of trainees consisted of 57 people, including both existing university managers, academic and non-academic staff, representatives of partner universities and those associated with the project. Cohort 3 developed 15 innovation projects covering a wide range of fields.

Cohort 4 gathered an impressive number,  84 individuals expressed their desire to become certified managers in Leadership and Management,. The fourth trained group had an output of 24 interesting projects, 7 of which were developed by the universities associated to the programme.

Pleased with the final outcome, the programme graduates expressed their gratitude both to external partners for the opportunity offered and to the teachers who shared their unique knowledge and experiences.

It was a moment to celebrate the connections made and the personal and professional transformations achieved by the participants during this exceptional training programme.
