THE FOURTH EDITION OF THE MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME WAS LAUNCHED
On February 6, 2023, was launched the 4th edition of the Management and Leadership Training Programme for university managers, developed within the MHELM project – “Leadership and Management in Higher Education in the Republic of Moldova/Moldova Higher Education Leadership and Management”, reference number: 609656-EPP-1-2019-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP, funded by the European Union. Trainings under this programme are carried out with the aim of achieving the objectives of the MHELM project and successfully implementing the national priority of the Republic of Moldova: “Governance, strategic planning and management of higher education institutions”.
The project supports the further reform of the higher education sector in the Republic of Moldova by building the capacity of leaders and strengthening governance, strategic planning and management in universities in the Republic of Moldova,
The first three editions of the Management and Leadership programme were attended by more than 150 participants, representatives of the partner universities in the project (UTM, ASEM, UASM, USM, USMF, USCahul and USARB) and associated partners (USEFS, ULIM and UCCM).
The training programme will be conducted 3 times a week in online format via the ZOOM platform from 6 February 2023 to 15 July 2023. The training schedule, support materials and contact details of the responsible persons can be found on the official project website: https://mhelm.utm.md.
